If you answered yes to any or all then you are not living healthy through fitness. Fitness should be such an important part of every ones daily lives these days but people are just too busy to take care of themselves. The truth is this, your life would be much easier to handle if you had fitness as part of your daily life.

Throw away all the junk food in your pantry. Yes, this may sound a bit outrageous at first. However, let's face it, the more you see junk food in your house the more likely it is that you consume them. Start today. Clean your pantry or fridge by tossing all chips, canned goods, instant noodles, cookies etc into the trash. Now stock your kitchen with fruits and vegetables. The next time you feel hungry, you can now start training yourself to eat fruits and veggies.



Take care of your teeth seems to be a strange way to stay healthy, but there is definitely a link between periodontal disease and heart diseases. Studies have proven that those with periodontal disease are two times more at risk for heart disease.



The thing about the human body is Beneficial healthy habits that it needs to be used in order to survive well. Same goes for your brain! So, it's what we do when we retire that determines the quality of our life and the degree of good health that we can enjoy. What about children? How does a sick child behave? How do you judge a Healthy living advice child? Is there a connection? If you became ill, what would be your first reaction? Obviously you'll want to get better. And how would you get better? Do you go to the medicine cabinet, pharmacy or even the doctor and get medicines, take them and hope the sickness will go.

5) Exercise everyday - start with 30minutes. It can be anything that gets you moving - walking the dog, playing outside with your kids, turning on some music and dancing in your living room. Whatever it takes. I can't stress enough the importance of moving for a healthy mind and body.

Avoid foods that you know have a lot of calorific value. Do not even think of potato or even bread that is white. These are highly calorific and almost useless when compared to food that is healthy.
